Secure a Home Location

The first step is to determine where your new home will be placed. If you own land, that land can be used for a downpayment on the home. If you do not own land, the cost of purchasing land can be included in the total loan package.

Choose a Home & Customize

Next, we invite you to come in to view our models, speak with a salesperson, and obtain different floor plans according to the type of home you’d like. Floor plans can also be created and tailored to meet your specific needs. Once a floor plan is chosen, you then choose options for flooring, fixtures, cabinet colors, etc.

Financing, Permits, & Site Prep

Some lenders require a 20% down payment while others require less. We will choose the right lender for your specific needs. The costs of any work to be done to the site including potential well, septic, slab/foundation, grading/excavating, driveway, etc. will be estimated and included in the loan if needed. Once the loan is closed, the site work can begin.

Home Order & Installation

Once the home is delivered to your site from the manufacturer, Plattsburgh Wholesale Homes with our expert third party installer will place the home on the foundation/slab. Once set, the home will be finished by PWMH in order to receive the Certificate of Occupancy.
